Does the little girl look familiar to you? Well she should, because I took pictures of her about a week n a half before this! Addyson's mom, Crystal, loved her pictures SO much she IMMEDIATELY e-mailed me to do some family pictures and said I will be taking a LOT of pictures for her! It was so exciting seeing home much joy she gets out of my pictures because that right there is the reason I am doing this. I love finding beauty in things (and there is beauty in everything!) and expressing it through my photography... of course I'm very lucky to ahve such a beautiful and loving family to photograph! Let's get some more shoots set up before the bluebonnets disappear. :]

Oh my goodness I am so lucky to have such a cute niece that loves taking pictures with me! The bluebonnets are everywhere so Kendra and I packed up and found a good spot full of them (except for the blue van in the back). Karter loves to run around and will hardly ever sit still so I was lucky to get the shots I did within about 10-15 minutes worth of shooting- you have to be quick with this one! I had so much and hope to start booking more shoots for the future in the beautiful bluebonnets.

First of all, let me say HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY to Addyson! This past Saturday I got the wonderful opportunity to take 1 year pictures for this lovely baby, Addyson. She is TOO cute and I just could not get over how perfectly posed she was in every outfit. She has a cute personality and also prettiest, big, blue eyes. Towards the end she started to get a little fussy, so we sat the birthday cake down infront of her and she just went to town and was happy soon enough! She loved cake which made for an even better shoot. I hope yall enjoy the handful of pictures I put up and start booking sessions for your little one! :]

A couple weekends ago my sister-in-law, Kendra, had her parents in town to visit and Kendra's dad, Mike, writes books and asked me to do a shoot for him for an upcoming trailer they'll be making. I was so happy he asked me to do it because his books are actually pretty famous! =P He wanted some of him in mid sentence to go along with the trailer and all in black and white (which I was so happy about because I love black and white shoots!). I managed to catch a GREAT picture of him when we were testing out settings for my camera.

The last couple weeks or so have made me realize how lucky I am to not only have a great family, but to have in-laws that are absolutely beautiful inside and out! My family is amazing and I'm so happy my brother married someone like Kendra.
